Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping, Delivery, Title and Risk

Oversized Artworks – Price on Application
All oversized artworks are listed as POA (Price on Application). Once purchased, we’ll arrange a custom shipping quote based on your location and contact you to confirm any additional shipping costs.

Dispatch Days
Orders are processed and shipped via our warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

New Zealand Shipping
Shipping within New Zealand includes protective packaging and overnight courier with signature required. Rural addresses may incur additional charges.

International Shipping
International shipping rates include careful packing and tracked international air courier services.

  • Australia: Allow 10+ working days

  • Pacific, Asia, North America, UK, Europe, and Rest of World: Allow 15+ working days

Delivery Terms
We will deliver the artwork(s) to the address provided in your order, at your cost, within a reasonable timeframe after your order is accepted. While we aim to dispatch within the stated timeframes, please note that delays can occur and we are not liable for late delivery.

Where appropriate, your order may be delivered in instalments. Each shipment is treated as a separate contract, although the original delivery charges will remain unchanged. Alternatively, we may consolidate items into a single delivery.

We will re-deliver, replace, or refund artwork(s) (at our discretion) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. However, we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Title and Risk
Ownership of the artwork(s) remains with us until full payment has been received. Risk transfers to you once the artwork(s) leave our premises for delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Subject to any rights you may have as a consumer under any statute, the following terms apply to the return of artwork/s.

If you receive an artwork/s from us that is different to the one you ordered, we will (at our discretion) replace the incorrect artwork/s with the correct artwork/s, or refund your credit card account with a full refund (excluding credit card fees).

You must pay all costs of returning products or artwork/s to us, however, if we accept the return of damaged or faulty products or artwork/s, or where we delivered incorrect artwork/s we will provide you with details on how to go about returning the items to us using a paid courier service. In the event that this service is not used, FLOX will not be liable for any costs involved in returning the artwork/s to us.

All artwork/s returned must be in their original condition and packaging, along with any accompanying documentation. We reserve the right not to accept a return of:

  • any artwork/s where you have changed your mind about them;

  • any artwork/s which, when examined or tested by us or our agent, are found not to be not damaged, defective or faulty.

In regards to framing, we do not accept liability for damaged or broken framing or glass. All artwork/s couriered at the buyers risk.

We will not issue a refund or voucher before the artwork/s are received by us. If you have any problems regarding your order or a refund, you may contact us through the email address showroom@flox.co.nz
